Self-Help Program

Even though the women are having self-help groups for micro-financing among themselves, they are not fully aware of the benefits of the schemes and so the involvement among poor community is very less. Need of the projects

Women in India are considered as weaker section even though they have become high officials in Government as well as private concerns. In most of the villages, the women are housewives and they are not allowed to go for any work other than doing household duties. It is necessary to give them awareness and counselling to come out of the family net. They need life skill education, special motivation for Self Help Programs also. There must be an opportunity to exhibit their talents and skills. Rehoboth is very much concerned to create an opportunity in all aspects to bring up the weaker section as equal to the men. It is also necessary to mould them to come out of their inferiority complex.
Even though it is a gradual process, Rehoboth team would do it with confidence and with the cooperation of the Village Development Committee and the Supporters.
